I began my professional life as a computer engineer, building institutes, training ecosystems and tech ventures long before I entered real estate. The common thread has always been education, structure and systems.
Over the years, working closely with brokers, builders and end-clients, I saw a clear gap — especially in luxury resale. Great properties existed, but the way they were presented, advised and transacted lacked discipline.
Propblitz is my answer to that gap: a structured, founder-led advisory for serious buyers and sellers.
Luxury resale in India is largely unstructured. Multiple brokers handle the same inventory, information is scattered, and clients are expected to “figure it out” on their own.
I wanted to bring a mandate-driven, process-led approach — where one trusted advisory takes responsibility for the journey, from shortlisting to documentation to closure.
Propblitz exists to give serious buyers and sellers a system they can rely on, instead of a random network of contacts.
I believe luxury real estate is too important to be handled casually. Every decision has consequences on lifestyle, legacy and liquidity.
My work is centred on clarity, structure and high-trust advisory — not quick brokerage. I prefer fewer, deeper mandates with clients who value process and transparency.
The next decade will belong to structured, mandate-led, tech-enabled advisory firms. My vision is to build Propblitz as India’s first organised luxury resale system, starting with Gurgaon and then expanding to other key cities.
Alongside this, BrokersADDA will continue to empower brokers with education, systems and a serious community — so the entire ecosystem becomes more professional.
